Trust & Safety Investigator, Critical Escalations
Cloudflare is looking for a Trust & Safety Investigator to join our Critical Escalations team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling abuse complaints and legal requests, as well as a strong understanding of DNS and Internet operations.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Working knowledge of DNS and domain registration
Responsibilities
- Assist with prioritizing and processing abuse complaints
- Become a technical resource for customer stakeholders
- Manage sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
