CNC Programmer - $26.06 - $28.66 hourly rate

Now is your chance as Hearth & Home Technologies is hiring a CNC Programmer in Lake City, MN. This position will work a 4x10 hour schedule (M, T, W, Th) - 6am to 4:30pm.

• Program new and prototype parts on lasers, turrets or CNC milling machines to minimize scrap and maximize material utilization.
• Programming and maintaining the various programs on the turret punch presses, lasers or CNC milling machines to a daily production schedule.
• Participate in Engineering Change Process by establishing new parts in system and maintaining revision control.
• Assist engineers with CAD functions in prototyping.
• Evaluate new parts for manufacturability, make recommendations to product engineering or to shop floor.
• Order Turret tooling and Laser consumables.
• Trouble shoot and problem solve issues as they arise.

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in similar manufacturing industry and/or vocational training/certificate preferred.
• Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints.
• Knowledge of basic computer programming.
• Good verbal & written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Press Brake programming
• Machine and CAD experience
• Metal fabrication experience
• Laser and Turret experience
• Understand and Comprehend BOMs
• CNC milling machine experience at some locations
