We’re looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager to support our Marketing team.


Position Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the cybersecurity services sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and execution of marketing strategies for our cybersecurity services and solutions. The ideal candidate is a passionate individual with a strong interest in technology, cybersecurity trends, and possesses a creative mindset to effectively communicate our value proposition to our target audience.


What You'll Do


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand services and product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for cybersecurity services and solutions.
  • Create persuasive and engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral, to effectively communicate product value to target audiences.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to distill complex technical concepts into accessible and impactful content.
  • Assist in the development of go-to-market plans for new cybersecurity products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Sales enablement content development for battlecards and messaging positioning that helps support sales training.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging cybersecurity threats to inform marketing strategies.
  • Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and executing events such as webinars, conferences, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.


What You'll Bring


  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and industry trends.
  • Creative thinking and ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing messages.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $53,000 to $92,000 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
