We’re looking for a Senior Director, Data Analytics & Insights to support our Marketing team.


Position Summary


The Senior Director, Data Analytics & Insights role will be instrumental in shaping our data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging analytics to uncover actionable insights and drive business outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data analysis, a track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


What You'll Do


  • Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of the company's data analysis initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align data analysis strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the design and execution of data analysis projects, including statistical analysis, trend identification, and performance metrics tracking.
  • Ensure the delivery of insightful and actionable findings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the company's data strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive innovation in data collection, storage, and utilization to maximize the value of our data assets.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data analysis projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
  • Work closely with product technology teams, product marketing managers, demand generation, services leaders, and other stakeholders to integrate GTM analysis insights of technology products.
  • Communicate complex data analysis concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.


What You'll Bring


  • 10+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing data analysis teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in the services, SaaS, or technology sector is preferred.
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $114,000 to $198,000 based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
