Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Central or East Coast U.S. (Remote)

Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and/or technical roles (e.g., Engineers, Product Managers).&nbsp; 2-3 years security experience, preferably in Cyber security.&nbsp;
Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to successfully negotiate offers, handle candidate objections, and close talent effectively.
