Codasip is building a team to develop Chiplets based on our advanced RISC-V processor cores. We are architecting, designing, implementing, and fabricating high-performance silicon Chiplets using advanced process nodes for use in System in Package solutions. We will have a core team of Codasip engineers who own the whole process, from the architecture to bring up of these Chiplets utilizing the outsource engineering service companies to enable rapid scaling of capability. Providing ‘hand in glove’ guidance for the governance of this outsource work will be a key component of the job.

Codasip is on the lookout for a talented Senior/Principal Chiplet Development Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on developing cutting-edge Chiplets utilizing our advanced RISC-V processor cores. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to architect, design, implement, and fabricate high-performance silicon Chiplets intended for System in Package solutions. You will lead a core team of talented Codasip engineers, managing the entire process from architecture to the bring-up of Chiplets, all while working with outsourced engineering service companies. Your expertise and guidance will be crucial in navigating this outsourcing work and ensuring quality governance. You will be responsible for defining and reviewing Chiplet architecture, evaluating third-party IP, and giving critical feedback on design specifications and processes from our partners. To thrive in this role, a strong background in System on Chip design, as well as experience in various development stages like verification, implementation, and testing, will be vital.
