WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and pursue strategic business opportunities aligned with agency goals.
  • End-to-End Business Development: Manage all phases of the business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, proposal development, and closing.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure alignment of business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead interdisciplinary teams, including strategy, design, and tech, during the pitch and proposal process.
  • Market Insights: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Materials Development: Oversee the preparation of compelling proposals, pitch materials, case studies, and supplementary deliverables.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient processes for pipeline management, meeting recaps, timeline updates, and stakeholder communications.

This is a full-time role, based in the United States. The target range of base compensation for this role is $70,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience and location.
