Head of Business Development

Coface is one of the leaders in trade credit insurance and additional specialized financial services, helping around 50,000 customers build successful, growing and dynamic businesses all around the world.

Currently, we are looking for a new manager in our local office in Sofia, Bulgaria on the position: Head of Business Development Department!

The Head of Business Development Department is responsible for several commercial activities - identification of potential clients, negotiation of commercial terms and closing of commercial transactions, by:

• lead team of professionals with main goal of developing and establishing contacts with potential clients;
• carrying out business meetings with potential clients;
• making offers for our trade credit insurance products;
• negotiating offers and contracts with potential clients;
• building up strong relationships with clients and creating a sense of mutual and meaningful trust.

• at least 4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within credit insurance, banking, factoring organization, financial services or in the field of credit management;
• experience in sales management and development;
• at least Bachelor’s degree of education in one of the following: Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Sales, Management (or relevant);
• excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office software products;
• excellent command of English;
• clear driving license.
