Lead .NET & React js Developer - On site in Chicago, IL.Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Senior Full Stack engineer with experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. THIS IS A ON SITE ROLE , NO REMOTE WORK ALLOWED.Responsibilities:• Be part of a team of engineers in developing elegant and high performant code.• Ensure quality practices – unit testing, code reviews / leading tests.• Optimize application for non-functional requirements .• Build and deploy components as part of CI/CD process.• Will be responsible for end-to-end application delivery including coordination with required teams for production deployment.• Continuously monitors application health and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), support triage of any production issues as and when needed.• Collaborate in troubleshooting complex data, features, service, platform issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues.• Be an advocate of security best practices, champion and support the importance of security within engineering.Required Qualifications:• Strong hands-on experience in developing applications using Front End and Back End technologies like ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API, .NET Core, ADO.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.• Strong knowledge and proven hands-on experience in developing Front end applications using React JS framework with minimum of 4-5 years.• Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing .NET Core Micro services. Strong experience in creating data model and designing Complex databases, writes efficient stored procedures and functions etc• Lead the architecture and development of applications and frameworks, ensuring technical excellence and innovation from the ground up.• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions.• Leverage AWS cloud technologies to design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based solutions.• Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing systems.• Implement security best practices and controls in AWS environments to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for data engineering projects, leveraging tools like Azure DevOps.• Must have willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and concepts per the trend and needs.• Must be very driven and a self-starter who seeks out inputs, determines priorities and gets to work. Must be capable of tracking and prioritizing work through to completion.• Must have excellent written (email and documentation) and verbal communications.
