Similarly, the ideal candidate is an expert engineer who values the “team”, drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative cloud-based solutions.Location: This is an onsite role working in Alpharetta, GA.Responsibilities• Looking for a Front-End Development Lead to work in partnership with the UX Design Lead and Product Engineering Leads to ensure UX Implementation is both in support of the product needs and the UX standards.• This skillset is broad and deep knowledge in front-end web app development (Javascript and Typescript expertise, framework like React, Angular, and nodeJS ,etc. )• We need the Lead to be able to understand the impact it can have on the products and work a little bit with all of the leaders and developers across the portfolio of products.Qualifications• 8+ years of experience in UI development with at least 2 years of experience serving in a lead capacity.• Expert in front end / UI technologies including frameworks such as React JS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SASS• Strong communication and ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.• Experience in Web Application development with large/internet scale consumption (distributed, scalable, and high-volume systems)• Proficiency in Web/Mobile/Responsive UIs, NodeJS• Strong knowledge Webpack or Vite, GraphQL• Good understanding of HTTP headers and user agents.• Familiar with DevOps, Agile/Scrum.• Keen understanding of Application, Infrastructure, and resilience.• Experience with software and product development lifecycle (incl. coding, coding standards and reviews, source control, testing, debugging, build, deployment and operations)• Knowledge of Visual Studio, accessibility and w3c standards
