Job Title - Product Information Management Architect• *Location - Issaquah, WA **Job Details:Provide strategy and vision for Product Information Management enterprise / Custom solutionWork closely with the business and product management to ensure the PIM solution is an enterprise scalable solution across multiple business unitsAssist enterprise with solution design, configuration, development standards including best practices for PIM environmentsProduce roadmaps and translate roadmaps and features into user stories and prioritize backlog. Test and validate new features.Provide thought leadership to monitor, track and review delivery of solutions to ensure adherence to standards and best practicesWork closely with developers and vendors to solve system issues and develop new solutionsUnderstand the application, supporting infrastructure, and systems integration for PIMPrimary contact for business users in their divisions for PIM related questions/requestsIdentify, develop, and integrate business processes and workflows related to PIM, ensuring teams are implementing best practices within PIMMaintain the product taxonomy and metadata schema through changes in the product offeringHelp to create and maintain data lineage allowing users to trace data reliably to the point of origin and pinpoint any quality problems in the data pipelinesResponsible for the data quality and integrity of the data for the Enterprise Data Warehouse, PIM and CRM systems in partnership with the Development Teams and the Data ArchitectsIdentify and assist in resolution of issues related to data quality, integrity, accuracy, consistency and completenessPerform data-quality monitoring and measurement activitiesProvide training in functions related to Master Data creation and maintenanceWork with IT developers to translate business rules into data quality rules and implement them. Monitor, track and report ongoing data quality levels.Requirements10+ years of software development and deployment experience5+ years of PIM architecture experienceExperience in leading PIM system implementations and the development of product-related data modelsAdvanced understanding of business processes, standards, and practices around product data.Experience in Data Governance and/or master data managementAbility to perform extensive data analysis (comparing multiple datasets) using a variety of techniques, visualizations and tools – to uncover patterns, predictions or insightsAbility to identify and mitigate data quality issues effectivelySQL Query experience is desiredStrong business analysis and project management skillsExperience in Agile development environments, capturing and managing business requirementsTeam oriented, goals oriented, and flexible with proven track record in collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving resultsExcellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations, storytelling abilitySalary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until Dec 13th 2024 . The annual salary for this position is between $110K-160K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
