Remote work is not an option.We are seeking an experienced Agilist with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies with a preference for those who have experience in the Retail Banking domain. This hybrid role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive successful project outcomes. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.Responsibilities· Lead Agile and Scrum practices to ensure efficient project delivery· Oversee sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to maintain team focus and productivity· Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile principles and best practices· Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog· Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency· Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any impediments· Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes· Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and practices across all project phases· Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote Agile culture within the organization· Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations· Utilize metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve project efficiency· Support the team in achieving their goals and delivering high-quality products· Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and creativityQualifications· Possess a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies· Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills· Have experience in the Retail Banking domain (nice to have)· Exhibit the ability to lead and mentor team members· Show proficiency in managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks· Display strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities· Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and innovation· Have a proven track record of successful project delivery· Be adaptable and open to feedback and change· Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships· Possess strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills· Show a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment· Have experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
