Our practice is seeking a highly qualified Lead .Net Full Stack Developer w/AWS with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications.

Work Authorization

Location: Warrensville, OH (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and standard processes for coding.
• Full stack development experience
• Knowledgeable in front-end web development technologies and techniques
• Hands-on experience with GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, ROI assessments, and risk analysis.
• AWS, .Net, SQL, Postgres, SNOW, Json, Rest APIs
• Technology depth and experience with designing, building, and supporting APIs.
• Passion and ability to coach and mentor junior developers.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to help drive the best technical direction and decision making.
• Able to apply experience to recommend the best technical direction for efforts.
• Drives cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams.
• Problem solver and out of the box thinker
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication, people interaction, and self-leadership skills
• Thought leadership with strong ability to influence and lead continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 7 to 10 years of experience.
• Full stack development experience
• Knowledgeable in front-end web development technologies and techniques
• Strong command over the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• AWS, .Net, SQL, Postgres, SNOW, Json, Rest APIs
• Technology depth and experience with designing, building, and supporting APIs.
• Hands-on experience with GAP analysis, SWOT analysis, ROI assessments, and risk analysis.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until June 23 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
