We are currently seeking a Temporary Office Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of our office during a period of leave for the regular Office Manager. We are looking for an organized and reliable individual to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including but not limited to: facility maintenance, loading/unloading the dishwashers, checking the mail, and accepting daily lunch catering & bi-weekly dinner catering (every Monday and Wednesday)

  • Restock coffee stations, snack pantry, and fridge,

  • Manage and restock office supplies, coffee stations, snacks and beverages

  • Coordinate with vendors for essential office services and maintain relationships

  • Accept deliveries, including daily lunch catering and bi-weekly dinners (Monday & Wednesday evenings)

  • Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal teams.

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a similar role.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic workload.

  • Proficiency in basic office management software.

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.

  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential.

This is a temporary, full-time position for a duration of 4 weeks, starting February 10th.
