Want to help us simplify the world of security and data management? 

We are looking for an Executive Engagement Specialist to help facilitate meetings at the
Executive Briefing Center (EBC) and support the Executive Sponsor Program
comprised of our most strategic customers. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and high
energy individual that is passionate about customers with a keen eye for detail. This
position requires strong administrative and logistical skills and the ability to work with
Executive Management, Sales Management, and other critical organizations to ensure
success. The ideal candidate has a customer-first attitude and demeanor, is results
driven, believes in the power of connection and is ready to roll up their sleeves to get

How you'll spend your time here:

  • Provide concierge-style service to all customers; meet and welcome customers
    upon arrival, escort to meeting space (in-person or virtual).
  • Collect required information from the account team for customer engagements
    (time, date, catering, hotels, special requests, etc.).
  • Manage pre-engagement meeting arrangements, including cleaning and setup
    (meeting logistics – agenda, feedback forms, name tents, badges, A/V setup,
    pad/pen, personalized customer collaterals and welcome screens).
  • Manage the Nexus platform (EBC request and customer portal) with updated
    branding and all information needed for each engagement.
  • Coordinate concierge requests from customer or account team for dining,
    transportation, lodging, and/or entertainment.
  • Provide general support and initial troubleshooting for customers with questions
    or issues during briefings.
  • Distribute and collect survey feedback forms from internal and external
    participants, enter data into the briefing management system and provide results
    to the account team.
  • In partnership with Facilities management, manage EBC meeting room(s)
    including daily cleaning, maintenance and inventory (plants, light bulbs, AV
    maintenance, replacement, etc.). Regularly stock beverages, snacks and
    supplies.
  • Supply administrative support of EBC and Executive Sponsor Program team and
    visiting customers.
  • Maintain inventory of all supplies and customer giveaways.
  • Manage vendor relationships with caterers, hotels, transportation, gifts; includes
    coordination of catering order(s) for engagements.
  • Assist with ad hoc customer or account team requests (local restaurants, hotels,
    theaters, events, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Program Manager, Executive Engagements. Assist with support
    of Executive Sponsor Program tracker, program analysis presentation, and
    follow-up actions with sales.

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, who thrives in a fast-paced
    environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training,
    and experience.
  • Previous customer or executive-facing experience is a plus.
  • May be required to work Full time & in-person out of Cohesity’s HQ location in San Jose, CA
  • Flexible to travel when job requires.
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
US Pay Range
$88,800$122,100 USD

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
