We’re joining as the second Core Dev team working on the OP Stack to ensure it’s a public good available to everyone; and contributing a portion of sequencer revenue to funding public goods. Base is looking for a passionate Partner Management Lead who will help us build the onchain future. You’ll work with the engineering, product, and creative teams to realize Base’s mission of building a global onchain economy. If you are excited by our mission, please apply and get in touch. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties) : • Leading the Partner Management function for Base and directly managing other team members • Creating new processes for working cross functionally with key stakeholders (e.g. finance, legal, marketing) to execute on deal commitments • Maintaining healthy and productive relationships with key Base partners (e.g. builders, creators, community members, etc) • Designing new initiatives to create a differentiated partner experience for Base builders What we look for in you : • 5-8+ years relevant experience in technology, consulting or operations (ideally someone who has led / created a partner management function before) • Unrelenting passion for being onchain and strong alignment with Base’s mission • Proven ability to manage complex projects and partnerships : developing strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, communicating clearly, solving problems and holding difficult conversations. • Structured and organized thinker who can manage several initiatives at once. • Creativity, resourcefulness and persistence to drive towards outcomes while navigating a dynamic environment. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
