Your mission

• Lead and manage the financial data platform group responsible for building a performant, scalable, and accurate platform that powers transactions search, reconciliation, portfolio and financial reporting

Your one year outcomes

• Drive the technical strategy and execution to optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing, enabling the team to scale efficiently with increasing transaction volumes

• Ensure high standards of data integrity by leading efforts to improve data consistency, enhance reconciliation processes, and establish robust auditing capabilities across the platform

• Guide the team in extending the platform to support 10+ new countries, collaborating cross-functionally to align on requirements, timelines, and quality standards

Role-specific

• 7+ years of software development experience.

• 3+ years of engineering management experience, leading backend teams.

• Experience building strong technical teams that balance operational excellence, collaboration and user needs.

• Thrives in ambiguous situations, effectively balancing trade-offs to deliver high-impact outcomes.

The starting salary for this position is between $264,000 - $297,000. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
