Customer Relations Supervisor

Collectors, a leading creator of innovative technology in collectibles, is seeking a Customer Relations Supervisor to lead the operational strategy of the Customer Relations Center.

Skills

Supervisory experience in customer service
Process improvement and SOP implementation
Team supervision and change facilitation
Effective communication skills
Conflict resolution and confidentiality management
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

Responsibilities

Define and implement operational and customer relations team KPIs
Maintain staffing levels for Customer Relations Representatives
Implement training and onboarding programs
Collaborate on customer relations strategy and data-driven approach
Drive customer resolution turnaround times
Assist with various CRC queries and responses
Develop SOPs for the CRC team
Collaborate with I.T. for portal efficiency features
Track resolutions and provide actionable data insights
Assist with Claims department for issue resolutions

Education

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
