The mission of The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for families, children, and individuals who are experiencing or at-risk of homelessness throughout Colorado.
The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.

Job Summary
The Human Resources Administrator role, provides administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role is an essential part of our HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations to support our employees as well as the organization.
Essential Job Functions

1. Provides support for the HR department.
2. Coordinates the HR Ticketing System. Responds to leaders and employees' HR Tickets and inquiries regarding general HR policies, procedures, programs, benefits and answers frequently asked HR questions. Prioritizes and assigns tickets to appropriate HR staff as needed.
3. Serves as internal subject matter expert on HR systems including the HRIS and LMS systems to provide systems support and training.
4. Conducts New Employee Orientation/Onboarding (NEOO). Help to maintain logistics for the NEOO process.
5. Partners with and supports the Training Team: Responsible for administrative duties related to the delivery of all CCH training programs. Maintains training and development records and calendars.
· Coordination with instructors to obtain and distribute instructional materials
· Coordination with vendor for course materials
· Assist with set up and breakdown of training rooms
· General LMS Administration – Scheduling, Enrolling, Marking Complete, Creating Sessions, Running Reports and Scheduling Training Rooms
6. Processes Verifications of Employment requests.
7. Supports in the gathering of information for HR budget grant proposals and internal and external audits.
8. Gathers all electronic and paper documents necessary and packages all necessary documentation for legal department and employee requesting a copy of the employee personnel file.
9. Handle all inbound HR department telephone calls.
10. Meetings: schedules, attends, takes notes, distributes notes, makes copies, files and sends mailings to support HR related meetings.
11. Maintains internal filing systems, both electronic and paper. Manages, prioritizes and handles incoming documents, correspondence and requests for signature.
12. Completes personnel-related data entry in various systems.
13. Orders supplies, distributes interoffice mail, and prints anniversary cards
14. Maintain the EcoPass, Parking Pass and ID Badge Only processes.
15. Assists in the scheduling, ordering, set-up/breakdown and general coordination of HR team events including food, materials, supplies and venue reservations.
16. Processes HR related invoices with Accounts Receivable along with any related tasks.
17. Manages recognition and rewards programs.
18. Perform employee changes in the HR Information System.
19. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience
1. 5+ years of administrative experience.
2. High School Graduate with some college.
3. 2-Year or 4-Year college degree (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, explicit attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
2. Good time management skills.
3. Sound critical thinking and decision-making skills.
4. Consistently superb customer service skills; excellent interpersonal/assertive communications skills demonstrating a high degree of emotional intelligence.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and time management skills; flexibility, positive attitude
6. Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s License and meet CCH automobile insurance eligibility.
7. Skilled in operating office equipment and computer software (Microsoft: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
8. High level administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail; strong follow through, ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines; demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness
9. Able to ensure accuracy of data management and reporting.
10. Experience using HRIS and LMS systems (preferred).
11. Knowledge of homeless issues and demonstrated sensitivity to and a desire to work with underserved populations. (preferred)
