THE POSITION: 

Our roster has an opening with your name on it


We’re looking for a contract Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team! This person will be assisting Talent Acquisition Mangers and Recruiters in building pipelines nationwide for job openings in Customer Operations, Marketing, Commercial, TV Broadcast Production, Finance, Product Design / UX, etc. The duration of this contract is 5 months with the potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment depending on business needs.


THE GAME PLAN:

Everyone on our team has a part to play


  • Partner with the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn recruiter
  • Conduct initial phone screens as needed
  • Attend hiring manager kick-offs and debriefs with the Recruiting team
  • Work closely with hiring teams and recruiters to develop and execute on sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
  • Engage and qualify candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process
  • Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals
  • Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements
  • Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape
  • Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
  • Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders


THE STATS:

What we're looking for in our next teammate


  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong background in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments
  • Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates

 The applicable hourly range for this position is $30.77 to $42.31, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.This role includes flexible time off and 13 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
