Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities- Develops and executes email marketing campaigns through Marketo/Salesforce and CRM platforms. Programs include building emails, content creation, asset coordination, nurturing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and scheduling.- Design and run reporting on campaign performance and attribution (email engagement, new leads, pipeline, etc.), to optimize marketing campaigns to generate new leads and revenue opportunities.- Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, retention, surveys, and transactional emails.- Partner with different teams (sales, finance, creative, data, etc.) to identify workflow obstacles and find demand-generation solutions. Needs to create an open and positive partnership with the sales and sales development teams.- Proactively look for ways to implement one-to-many business development strategies to attract new customers, reactivate win-backs, or upsell existing customers.- Supports Sr. Business Development Manager in monitoring performance and provides reporting against established KPIs to sales leadership.- Provides sales-facing content for new marketing materials campaigns as directed by Sr. Manager, Sales Development stakeholders, and Sales partners to target key industry segments and solutions.- Executes marketing campaigns across demand generation channels such as digital media, email, Podcasts, blogs, thought leadership events (along with Event Marketing Team), direct mail, and other marketing programs to generate leads and brand awareness.- Demonstrates an ability to identify opportunities tied back to our core business fundamentals in media, creative, sponsorships, data, attribution, and audiences.- Partner with Sr. Manager Demand Generation & Events on the creation and delivery of outbound marketing plans to successfully engage target segments, using multiple tactics to generate and accelerate the pipeline for Inside Sales and Market Retail Sales.- Manage DG Event plan and measurement.- Execute regional marketing campaigns to generate warm leads.- Activate local events in support of Customer Lifecycle programs in partnership with the Customer Lifecycle team.- Identify national and regional Demand Gen events (virtual & in-person approximately 12 events per year) to drive brand awareness and generate leads for Market Retail. Partner with the Brand Events team, Sales Development, and Research teams to implement locally.- Support Auto, Political, and Enterprise seasonal campaigns (1-2 per year per vertical.)- Develop and maintain an outbound calendar for the Inside Sales team and business partners.- Analyzes, reports, and optimizes marketing campaigns to generate new leads and revenue opportunities.- Articulates our value proposition and solutions across marketing strategies using language that will resonate with target customers across varied industries.- Implements projects; assigns tasks and monitors project progression.- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Preferred Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- 3-4 years of related experience in Demand Generation Marketing, Direct Marketing, or Email Marketing.
