Provide exceptional first-line technical support to a global workforce.
Resolve issues related to Macs, Google Suite, and corporate applications.
Maintain the health and stability of the company network.
Manage hardware logistics, including shipments and inventory.
Contribute to new IT processes and procedures.
Collaborate with the global technical team on projects.
