Technical Support Analyst
Commercetools is a rapidly growing cloud-based company looking for a Technical Support Analyst who is passionate about problem-solving and eager to support team members across the globe.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite administration.
- Knowledge of local network infrastructure.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-line technical support to a global workforce.
- Resolve issues related to Macs, Google Suite, and corporate applications.
- Maintain the health and stability of the company network.
- Manage hardware logistics, including shipments and inventory.
- Contribute to new IT processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the global technical team on projects.
