Overview:

Lead person to generate quotes and business cases by working with the global quote team, engineering, sales, purchasing, and manufacturing teams (strong personality, push, drive to completion).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage forward model programs by working cross functionally with purchasing, sales, engineering, program management and manufacturing to improve program financials and deliver at or above commit SOP returns.
• Perform volume, pricing, and LTA analysis for all Americas customers.
• Support OEM negotiations around material, freight, and Spot PO surcharge costs.
• Performs special ad-hoc analysis and participates or leads special projects.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with a focus in business, finance, accounting, or other related focus required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience leading FP&A or Commercial Finance team; preferably at a global manufacturing and engineering organization.
• Strong business acumen, ability to partner with several business leaders, and influence people throughout the organization.
• Able to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Driver of change.
• Lifetime learner with a passion for developing both professionally and personally.

Location: Querétaro, Mexico or Van Buren Township, Michigan
