About the role

We are searching for a people-focused individual who lives and breathes community building. The Community Associate should be passionate about helping people build their ladders, and assisting them on journeys to Rise up. You’ll be joining a small, fast-growing startup where you can focus on your personal and professional development as we expand how people think about the future of work.

What you'll do:

• Be Rise’s voice in our community!
• Support our community by providing resources to help users build out their digital presence
• Build relationships with our community (users and companies alike)
• Track metrics to ensure we’re doing everything we can to engage our community and that community satisfaction remains high
• Report findings and present opportunities for product enhancement
• Work cross-functionally with other members of our product and marketing teams
