ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Complete compensation survey submission and leverage results. Ensure the most effective utilization within the team and the business to derive the best value from survey resources.
2. Perform job evaluations to include selection of relevant market comparisons, weighting/blending of results, adjustments, internal equity considerations, and recommended grade.
3. Analyze and maintain data and draw conclusions in support of Compensation administration and projects.
4. As assigned, partner with Compensation Managers and Consultants to provide compensation consultation to single business units which are less complex in nature.
5. Work closely with Compensation Managers and Consultants to produce Compensation related reports, analyses, and insightful presentations.
6. May be assigned a specific LOB or functions area to provide compensation consulting advice as well as manage Compensation projects or programs.
7. Solve routine problems of moderate complexity by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.
8. Provide informal guidance to new teammates. Work under moderate supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Ability to manage competing priorities.
3. Ability to solve problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.
4. Ability to communicate complex information in a straightforward manner as appropriate for the intended audience.
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Two years of demonstrated experience using principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the Human Resources discipline.
2. Project management experience.
3. Experience working with HRIS systems and Market Data tools. Experience working in a matrixed environment.
