About the Team:
The JumpCloud People Team is led by our CPO, Amy Moynihan, and has grown to over 25+ team members. The Compensation Analyst reports directly to the Senior Manager of People Operations & Total Rewards and will work closely with the People Partners, People Attraction and Finance teams.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Assisting with growing and overseeing company compensation policies and programs.
    • Assisting with the creation of compensation philosophy and career architecture with value placed on pay equity
    • Assisting with creating compensation practices related to annual compensation review, promotions, etc.
    • Assisting with compensation program change management
    • Educating stakeholders on proper compensation practices
    • Reviewing relevant compensation data to ensure the company's remuneration policies are competitive for our U.S. and global locations
    • Analyzing results of compensation surveys.
    • Predicting future trends to steer the company in a positive direction.
    • Managing salary structure creation and maintenance.
    • Ensuring company compliance with relevant laws and regulations
    • Contributing company data to compensation surveys.

We’re looking for:

    • 5+ years of experience in the Human Resources space
    • 3+ years of work experience specifically in Compensation, experience in the U.S. as well as globally preferred
    • Experience creating effective compensation programs and career architecture
    • Experience with bonus programs and equity grants, Carta experience preferred
    • Proficient with compensation research and data analysis
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Compensation Analyst
    • Outstanding people skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficient with compensation research and data analysis.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources preferred by not required
    • Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual compensation range for this role, depending on individual candidate level and experience, is $100,000-$115,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.

Where you’ll be working/Location:
JumpCloud is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description. For US Roles: All roles posted in United States locations do require that you be located within one of the 50 U.S. States. Our Headquarters is in the Denver/Boulder, CO area but as a remote company, you are able to work remotely anywhere in the U.S. If you would like to spend time in our offices in the Denver/Boulder area, you are welcome to do that as well.
