Description:


The Complex Solution Offer Specialist position is charged with executing account strategies in support of the Solution Management line of business goals. Goals are to drive service revenues, improve competitive position, and participate in cross-functional teams as required to effectively support the development of complex solutions and close offers.


Responsibilities:


  • Position is responsible for supporting complex account solution creation strategies & programs to drive Maintenance, Managed, Public Broadband, and XaaS (Everything as a Service) revenues.
  • Provide input into a cross-functional teaming arrangement targeting service acquisition campaigns/programs that fuel increased market penetration, adoption rates, and channel expansion.
  • Work with Sales in executing strategies to close opportunities, participate in conference calls and customer visits.
  • Collaborate cross functionally on competitive positioning, selling, pricing, market development and customer loyalty creation.
  • Identify and articulate market and customer requirements, preferences, and develop customized go-to-market programs for customer segments.
  • Attainment of defined success metrics for Services:
    • Margin targets
    • Revenue/Booking targets
    • Attach rate targets


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years related experience in business development/marketing/sales is a plus
  • Knowledge of Information & Communications Technology market
  • Managed services industry knowledge in network communications, managed applications, and IT technologies
  • Action and results oriented work habits. Aggressive, ownership, and accountability
  • Solutions based selling experience with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with excellent follow-up and critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding project/program management skills with strong interpersonal communication (speaking & writing)
  • Team player with ability to influence others to achieve revenue goals
