Fraud Customer Service Representative

As a Fraud Customer Service Representative at Conduent, you will be the first line of defense against fraud and identity theft. You will help protect our customers by providing exceptional customer service and fraud prevention support. Respond to customer inquiries on fraud prevention and identity theft. Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support. Evaluate customer accounts for risk and identity verification. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for compliance and audit purposes. Monitor customer accounts for suspicious activity and take appropriate action. Manage customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner. Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies. Remain up-to-date on the latest fraud trends and techniques.
