Overview:This role involves displaying exemplary leadership qualities to oversee the functioning of several OPRC Therapy clinics. The primary focus is on executing the revenue cycle operations efficiently and effectively. Managing the business operations support staff, including human resource management, falls under the purview of this role. It also entails assisting the director with department financial management and overall monitoring.Responsibilities:The individual exemplifies leadership by acting as a mentor and setting an example for others. They communicate in an open and truthful manner, regularly providing structured and informal feedback to their subordinates. They share their expertise and skills with colleagues, peers, and others, facilitating growth and development. The individual values the contributions of their colleagues and treats them with respect, while also demonstrating a high level of trust. They take accountability for their actions and play a proactive role in addressing conflicts. Finally, they remain up-to-date on clinical and managerial practices, maintaining awareness of emerging trends and technologies.Demonstrates expertise in managing human resources and leadership; Independently selects and supervises the performance of team members; Maintains adequate staffing levels in accordance with yearly budget objectives, oversees the team's day-to-day operations to achieve team OPRC and healthcare system objectives, including 7-day accountability; Trains team members to be more efficient; Provides just and affirmative leadership, resulting in high employee happiness.The individual in charge of operations and fiscal management must maintain current knowledge of reimbursement trends and how they affect the service line. They need to implement strategies that will maximize reimbursement to the organization.This role involves managing the revenue cycle team to support clinical functions, overseeing the quality of care delivery and driving financial and clinical outcomes.Qualifications:EDUCATION:• High School Diploma or equivalent, RequiredPreferred:• BS level or Master's degree in Business or Health Care Administration preferred.EXPERIENCE:Required:• 3-5 year's experience in medical practice management required. Should have a strong history of good financial performance and a high level of patient care and quality within practices previously managed.Preferred:• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIREDDrivers License | Valid Drivers LicensePREFERRED
