Overview:This role involves displaying exemplary leadership qualities to oversee the functioning of several OPRC Therapy clinics. The primary focus is on executing the revenue cycle operations efficiently and effectively. Managing the business operations support staff, including human resource management, falls under the purview of this role. It also entails assisting the director with department financial management and overall monitoring.Responsibilities:The individual exemplifies leadership by acting as a mentor and setting an example for others. They need to implement strategies that will maximize reimbursement to the organization.This role involves managing the revenue cycle team to support clinical functions, overseeing the quality of care delivery and driving financial and clinical outcomes.Qualifications:EDUCATION:• High School Diploma or equivalent, RequiredPreferred:• BS level or Master's degree in Business or Health Care Administration preferred.EXPERIENCE:Required:• 3-5 year's experience in medical practice management required.
