About the role
Confetti is looking for sales team members to focus on engagement with existing customers and new prospects looking to explore team-building experiences with Confetti. You’ll build positive, trusted relationships with customers and help them maximize the value of their investment in the Confetti platform...
As a member of our Happiness Concierge sales team, you will empower customers to create a culture of employee engagement embedded throughout their organization. You will advocate how Confettis’ solutions will enable them to create a thriving, distributed workforce and maintain the sense of community that keeps employee retention high. Specifically, you will support customers in their efforts to find & purchase experiences that meet their needs and continue to support them over time.
You’ll be working closely with other members of the sales team in creating an exceptional buyer experience.

You own the customer relationship by establishing trust and credibility and embody creativity, adaptability and persistence.
Oh yea…. you check your ego at the door and always bring a positive, collaborate attitude to the workplace
You have:
• 1-3 years of experience in inbound sales, business development in a highly transactional role.
• Excellent relationship building, communication & customer service skills
• The ability to prioritize and organize your tasks based on the most important actions.
• Proven experience executing on sales playbooks, achieving KPIs & revenue goals.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which might include bouncing between chat support, emails, spontaneous phone calls and meetings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Methodical approach to execution of our sales process while identifying and communicating learnings, best practices and opportunities to improve.
• Experience conducting impactful product demonstrations that are memorable.
• A hunter mentality.
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Superb listening skills; understand customer challenges, and are able articulate the business benefits of adopting Confetti.
• Preferred: experience with our technology stack ( Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIN Navigator)
You'll Be
• Converting chat, phone, and email contacts into active customers with booked events
• Handle all pre-booking questions and needs that come from chat, phone, and email.
• Follow up with non-converting customers to improve conversion rates to booked events.
• Creating ongoing relationships with customers to increase usage and lifetime value of our customer.
• Qualifying new and existing customers to understand the scope of opportunity for Confetti offerings.
• Scheduling and conducting Platform demonstrations with customers.
• Engage past customers to identify those willing to continue use of Confetti offerings
