Our business model is not structured like a traditional real estate brokerage and we have been largely unaffected by recent changes in residential real estate commissions.Role Overview:As the leader of our new Salt Lake City office, you will be responsible for driving the overall success of the location by meeting annual goals within budget, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading a team of skilled professionals. You will play a critical role in recruiting, building, and managing a sales team that often exceeds 10 direct reports who engage in in-person, face to face sales activities. Your expertise in enterprise sales, sales development, and B2B or B2C sales will be key to driving our business forward.Key Responsibilities:• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, build, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team. Lead, motivate, and engage team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.• Operational Efficiency: Operate within budget constraints while identifying and implementing strategies to drive revenue and improve office efficiency.• Sales Strategy: Leverage your experience in enterprise sales, sales development, and residential real estate transactions to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and team performance.• Compliance & Legal Oversight: With the support and guidance of our corporate compliance and legal department, uphold and enforce all real estate laws and regulations, ensuring that all transactions and paperwork comply with industry standards.• Training & Development: Provide ongoing learning opportunities for team members, utilizing our enterprise learning and development platform and external industry experts to enhance skill sets.• Technology Management: Utilize various technology platforms, including Salesforce, MLS, and more, to ensure smooth operations.• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Partner with our corporate recruiting team to identify and onboard top talent, ensuring the growth and success of your sales team.• Customer Relations: Maintain high levels of customer service, effectively managing relationships with investors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Qualifications:• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably overseeing production roles, with 3-4 years of experience in enterprise sales, sales development, B2B or B2C sales. A background in real estate is essential, with residential experience and familiarity with residential real estate transactions preferred.• Skills: Strong knowledge of sales strategies, team leadership, talent evaluation and selection, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.• Competencies: Proven ability in decision-making, business insight, accountability, results-driven leadership, talent development, team building, and effective communication.• Licenses & Education: Must hold a valid Utah Real Estate Broker license. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and an advanced degree is a plus.Why Join Us?We offer an aggressive compensation package with a competitive base salary, an opportunity to share in the revenues of your team’s production, company-paid health benefits, and a 401K with a match. You can expect your total comp in your first year to be around $150,000 and then in subsequent years like top-performing leaders in our other offices, you will have the opportunity to earn well over $800,000 in annual compensation.In addition, you’ll have a generous T&E budget to recognize and reward top-performing sales team members with meaningful incentives, such as team dinners, outings, or special events.
