The CMO will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical activities are in line with the company's mission, strategic goals, and relevant laws and regulations. This includes developing and enforcing medical policies and procedures, overseeing quality improvement and infection control programs, and maintaining the medical records program within legal and accreditation guidelines. The successful candidate will also be involved in the recruitment and hiring of clinical staff, as well as their ongoing training and evaluation.Applicants for the CMO position at the company must have a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited institution, with a current and unrestricted medical license in the State of Illinois. A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a similar setting, along with 10 years of practice experience, is required. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain professional relationships, and a commitment to the highest standards of patient care. The CMO will be expected to lead and participate in various committees, networks, and organizations to support and enhance clinical services.
