The CTO will be responsible for leading the technical strategy and innovation, shaping the technology roadmap, and overseeing R&D efforts to drive the development of next-generation robotic systems. This pivotal role requires a candidate with a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field, a minimum of 10 years' in senior leadership within the robotics industry, and expertise in robotics systems, including hardware design, control systems, AI/ML, and sensor technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in R&D, product development, and technology strategy, as well as exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.As the CTO, the successful candidate will be expected to define and execute the company's technology vision in line with business goals, lead a multidisciplinary team in R&D, and ensure that the company's robotic solutions meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements. A deep understanding of robotics market trends and experience in industrial robotics or autonomous systems is highly desirable.
