We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Director to join our team! This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our creative vision, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints, and leading the creative team in developing innovative, compelling designs and campaigns. You will drive the creative vision, oversee the development of compelling and memorable campaigns, and ensure that our creative output and digital presence align with our brand’s core values.This role requires a strategic thinker and an inspirational leader who can guide our graphic design and copywriting teams to new heights. If you value creativity, sustainability, and excellence in your work — and are passionate about making a tangible impact through your creative vision and leadership, you could be the perfect fit for our team!Location:Miami, FL or Chicago, IL — please note: this is a full-time, in-office position.Key Responsibilities:• Creative Leadership: Champion the vision and direction for our teams in graphic design and copywriting, aligning their efforts with our company's strategic goals and core brand values.• Innovative Conceptualization: Spearhead the development of creative, across all channels, that elevates our advertising, branding, product packaging, and marketing campaigns, along with our print and digital catalog offerings.• Campaign Management: Direct and manage the entire creative lifecycle, from the initial brainstorming and conceptual phases through to production and final delivery, ensuring all outputs are of high quality and consistent with our brand identity.• Team Development and Inspiration: Provide leadership, guidance, and inspiration to our team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.• Brand Management and Presence: Define, refine, and uphold our brand guidelines to ensure uniformity and consistency in visual and messaging standards across all creative materials.• Efficient Project Management: Effectively manage creative projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and time management for the fulfillment of creative objectives.• Trend Analysis and Market Insight: Remain at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, and storytelling, integrating these insights into our creative strategies.• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality for all creative outputs, conducting thorough reviews and providing constructive feedback when necessary.• Performance Analysis: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and initiatives, analyzing results to identify areas for enhancement and making informed recommendations for future strategies.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.• Proven expertise in visual design, branding, packaging, advertising and multimedia content creation.• Exceptional conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.• Strong leadership and team management abilities.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Proficiency in creative software and design tools.• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.• Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative technologies.If you are a seasoned creative visionary passionate about delivering exceptional visual and conceptual solutions, we encourage you to apply and look forward to speaking with you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Flexible spending account• Health insurance• Health savings account• Paid time off• Vision insuranceSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):• Are you willing to complete a personality and aptitude assessment as the next step of the hiring process?Education:• Bachelor's (Required)Experience:• Graphic design: 8 years (Required)Ability to Commute:• Miami Beach, FL 33139 (Required)Work Location: In person
