Family Law Paralegal/Legal AssistantOur growing law firm is looking to hire a Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives.Duties Include• Client contact/meetings• Preparing/filing pleadings and motions• Scheduling• Preparing files for depositions/trial• Preparation of Case Information Statements (CIS)Qualifications• 1- 3 years of some Family Law experience• Must have the ability to work independently, multitask, and take initiative• Must be proficient in Word• Please submit a resume and cover letter identifying specific family law experience• Candidates without verifiable NJ family law experience will not be considered for this position• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)• NJ Family Law: 1 year (Required)Benefits• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Health insurance• Paid time offEducation: Paralegal Degree or Certificate requiredWork Location: In-PersonJob Type: Full TimeSchedule:• 8-hour shift• Dayshift• Monday- Friday
