The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our Human Resources department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws and processing payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR sourcing and management, and be proficient in HRIS systems.• *Duties:**- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.- Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, and interviewing, to attract top talent.- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations, conflict management, and performance management.- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of employee data and company policies.- Develop and manage the HR budget, including budgeting for recruitment, training, and employee benefits.- Utilize HRIS systems to track employee data, manage benefits, and process payroll.- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, diversity, and equity.• *Requirements:**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.- Proven experience as a Director of Human Resources in a healthcare setting.- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing and management best practices.- Proficiency in HRIS systems- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.- Excellent communication, conflict management, and interviewing skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience with budgeting and financial management.- Strong leadership and employee relations skills.• *Skills:**- HR sourcing- Human resources management- ATS- Budgeting- Employee relations- Performance management- Conflict management- Interviewing- Payroll- HRISJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Life insurance• Paid time off• Retirement plan• Vision insuranceSchedule:• 8 hour shiftPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:• Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)Ability to Commute:• Jackson, MI (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:• Jackson, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
