Role: HR Generalist / Account ManagerLocation: Austin, TX (Hybrid)Compensation: starting at $75,000 (D.O.E.)Report: CEOSummary:The HR Generalist / Account Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive HR and client support to the company. This includes a wide range of tasks, such as recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing employee benefits and payroll, administering leave, and handling employee relations issues. The HR Generalist / Relationship Manager also plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with the company's clients.Responsibilities:· Recruiting and Onboarding/Termination:o Source and screen candidates for open positionso Conduct interviews and select candidates for hireo Prepare and issue job offerso Onboard new employees and termination of other employees for the company· Employee Relations:o Handle employee inquiries and complaintso Investigate and resolve employee relations issueso Conduct performance appraisals when neededo Administer disciplinary action, as needed· Benefits and Payroll:o Manage employee benefits enrollment and administrationo Assist CFO with processing payroll accurately and on time when needed· Leave Administration:o Track and approve employee leave requestso Maintain leave balances for all employeeso Comply with all applicable leave laws and regulations· Accounts Relations:o Maintain strong relationships with the company's clientso Collaborate with the accounts team on financial matterso Assist CFO with the preparation of financial reports when/if needed· Other HR Duties:o Develop and maintain HR policies and procedureso Conduct HR training for employeeso Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulationso Provide general HR support to all employeesQualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field· 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or Accounts Relations role· Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations· Excellent organizational and time management skills· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite· Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation: Starting $75,000, plus bonus (D.O.E.)Benefits:Competitive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays
