HRIS Analyst

Position Overview: Our client seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HRIS Analyst to join their HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensuring the integrity of the HR data. You will play a crucial role in optimizing HR processes, providing data-driven insights, and supporting various HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.• Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement HRIS solutions that support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that support decision-making.• Create and generate reports on HR metrics, including turnover, employee demographics, and engagement scores.• Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.• Assist in the training of HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices.• Support the integration of HRIS with other organizational systems and ensure smooth data flow between departments.• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HRIS and recommend improvements.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.• Proficient in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What they Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for professional development and growth.• A collaborative and inclusive work environment.How to Apply: If you are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance HR processes and are excited to contribute to a dynamic logistics team, we would love to hear from you!
