Interim Manager, Adult Trauma Floor

An Oklahoma healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Manager, Adult Trauma Floor!The Position• The Interim Manager, Adult Trauma Floor, will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations throughout the department including the management of approximately 100+ FTEs.• The Interim Manager will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including the stabilization of current leadership structures, falls, preventative strategies, and physician rounding.• Seeking a collaborative and approachable leader who will be willing to focus on and encourage collaboration, communication, and staff engagement.• Ideal candidates will bring extensive critical care clinical knowledge and will preferably bring Level 1 experience.• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.Requirements• BSN is required.• Active RN license is required.• Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required.The Community• Named one of the 50 Best Places to Travel in 2020 by Travel + Leisure, Oklahoma City offers all of the culture, cuisine, attractions and amenities you’d expect in a modern metropolis.• The downtown area is enjoying a renaissance with the Bricktown district as the focal point.
