Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist

• *Job Summary:**We are seeking a licensed, experienced and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and promoting our insurance products. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance policies and a passion for sales.• *Responsibilities:**- Sell insurance policies to new and existing customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communications.- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.- Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide personalized insurance solutions.- Negotiate insurance premiums and terms with customers.- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our products.- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.- Manage administrative tasks, including sales reports and marketing materials.- Meet and exceed sales targets.• *Skills:**- Proven sales administration skills.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate insurance policies to clients.- Experience in retail sales or insurance sales.- Strong understanding of the insurance market and its trends.- Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.- Effective negotiation skills.- Excellent customer service skills.- Strong sales skills and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.Job Type: PermanentPay: $76,000.00 - $96,000.00 per yearBenefits:• Paid time offSupplemental Pay:• Bonus opportunities• Commission payLicense/Certification:• Property and Casualty Producer License (Required)• Life Insurance License (Preferred)Ability to Commute:• Holly Springs, NC (Required)Ability to Relocate:• Holly Springs, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
