Role Overview:The Manager acts as the primary business contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and overseeing the efficacy of field operations within assigned territory. The role requires consistent delivery of excellent customer service and representation of client needs within the organization.Key Responsibilities:• Manage all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance with client deliverables and revenue.• Oversee activities within assigned territory, including records management, labor budget, and inventory-related accounting.• Supervise subordinate supervisors, review work performance, and identify training needs.• Assist in policy development and implementation within the field.• Ensure quality standards are met, and projects are profitable.• Handle personnel administrative tasks, including hiring, training, and resolving employee issues.• Conduct regular meetings to discuss and improve field operations.• Prepare reports, manuals, and other materials describing procedures and standards.• Act as a point of contact for field operations information.The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
