About usWe are professional, engaging, rewarding, and our goal is to Find a friendly face to become a new member of our team..Our work environment includes:• Modern office settingDuties:- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and laws- Maintain accurate employee records and data in the payroll system- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees- Calculate and process adjustments, deductions, and bonuses as necessary- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies- Generate payroll reports for management review- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and informationmust be able to think outside of the box.Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or related field- Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles- Proficient in account reconciliation and general ledger accounting- Familiarity with technical accounting concepts and practices- Experience with analyzing financial data and preparing journal entries- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures is a plusTime and Attendance, Union Reports, Benefit Time accruals, running reports. Assist in Accounts Receivable. Must be accurate, dependable, & Attention to detail.
