We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team.Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day operations of our photo and video studio. The ideal candidate will be local, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of photo and video projects from inception to completion.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and schedule photo and video shoots, ensuring all logistics are in place.• Manage studio bookings and maintain an organized calendar.• Liaise with clients, talent, and crew to ensure smooth communication and operations.• Assist in budget management and expense tracking.• Support the production team with any additional tasks as needed.• Assist with post-production coordination, including asset management and client revisions.• Uphold studio standards and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.Qualifications:• Experience as a production coordinator or similar role within a photo/video/studio environment.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.• Knowledge of industry-standard practices related to photo and video production.Why Join Us:• Be part of a creative and collaborative team.• Opportunity to work on exciting and diverse projects.• Compensation commiserate with experience.• Room for growth and professional development.Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.94 - $28.07 per hourExpected hours: 25 – 40 per weekSchedule:• Monday to Friday• Weekends as neededAbility to Commute:• Carlsbad, CA (Required)Ability to Relocate:• Carlsbad, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
