If interested in applying, send your updated resume to Madison Muscat at mmuscat@apexsystems.comDuration: 12 month rolling contractPay: $17/hr. - negotiable based on experienceLocation: 100% on-site in Oklahoma City, OK 73135Shift: M-F 7am-4pmResponsibilities:\tIT service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, Desk side Support) according to Managed Client policy and Procedure Guide\tCoordinates and Client End User on expectations and availability to conduct Managed Client Services\tPerforms trouble shooting, parts replacement, system upgrades and basic deployments & repair on Client Assets in campus/remote locations\tIdentifies potential issues that could adversely impact End User experience and follows through on action steps\tStrives to meet all Client SLAs & Customer Satisfaction Goals\tEscalate to Desktop Support Site Lead on issues that impact a Client End User and/or entire operation at a given site\tWhen required-provides onsite shadowing to Program Field Service Team\tServes as an entry point to develop technical and customer skills to grow into broader and more challenging field services roles\tBasic installation and maintenance to technical products\tFollows predefines procedures and tasks in everyday activities\tWork is regularly reviewed by a more senior level technical specialistRequired Skills and Competencies:\tCompTIA A+\tMinimum 1-3 year experience in servicing/deploy computer equipment\tMust have a proven customer service background\tMust have experience in a corporate environment\tIndividual will be knowledgeable of Windows operation system environment\tAble to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts\tPhysically able to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware in our customer environments\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis in customer service, including experience handling difficult customer and conflict resolutionEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
