Senior Manager Product Management San Francisco$200k base with a flex week in the corporate officeWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Product Management to lead the development and execution of our product strategy in an agile environment. You will work closely with cross-functional project teams including Technology, Digital, PMO, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance to drive project progress and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.Responsibilities:• Own the complete product development lifecycle from strategy ideation, design, execution to go-to-market• Develop and manage product roadmaps based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure products remain competitive and innovative• Work with UX and design teams to create user-centered designs and ensure a seamless user experience• The Senior Manager Product Management will partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful product deliveryDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify opportunities for improvement• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to key stakeholders and executivesRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field• 7+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successfully launching and managing products in an agile environment• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making• Knowledge of agile methodologies and product development best practices• Passion for creating exceptional products that meet the needs of customers and exceed business objectivesEEO – All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or any other protected factor.Back to Stemta.com STEM JobsBase Salary Max:: 200000
