This senior leadership position involves a wide range of responsibilities, including the coordination and tracking of the Book of Work status updates, leading and executing Program Management, and providing credible challenges to Transformation leads. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of Data Governance, MCA, and QPR coverage, and will be expected to have a solid background in leading and executing large-scale processes across Audit, Technology, or Risk organizations. Experience in ERM, regulatory engagements, and a deep understanding of how technology interacts with various businesses are essential. The role also requires the management of a team of technology professionals, support in day-to-day Quality Review activities, and ensuring adherence to technology and function standards.Applicants for this role at the company should have a proven track record of leadership, communication, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to manage a high volume of activities with many key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in risk and controls disciplines within technology processes and will be expected to possess a solid track record of accomplishments, including business transformations. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is a desired qualification.
