The successful candidate will be responsible for the full product life-cycle, from discovery to delivery, and will lead a team of product managers to drive transformational customer growth. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for recruiting and developing top product management talent, as well as the ability to work with the executive team to set a clear product roadmap for the next 3+ years. The SVP will also be instrumental in the global expansion of the platform, particularly in new and adjacent markets, and in the evolution of the platform to incorporate AI/ML for task automation.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years of product management and team leadership experience, preferably in B2B SaaS technology products or related to enterprise networking and security. A proven track record in Agile, continuous delivery models, and global product launches is essential. The role demands an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of challenging the status quo and making data-driven decisions. The SVP will be expected to engage and influence senior leaders, and to work cross-functionally to ensure the success of the product.
