We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Vice President of Sales to join our team! This pivotal role is responsible for both developing and implementing sales strategies across the entire sales organization, while also directly managing and growing top-level strategic accounts. The SVP of Sales will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives. You will lead and oversee a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and be responsible for the hands-on management and development of our top-level strategic accounts. If you are an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and fostering long-term client relationships, this role is for you.Location:Miami, FL — Please note: this is a full-time, in-office position.Key Responsibilities:• Sales Leadership: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth goals and market opportunities.• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture, while ensuring alignment with the company's core values and strategic objectives.• Strategic Account Management: Personally manage and develop top-tier strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional service, relationship-building, and identifying growth opportunities.• Performance Metrics: Set and track sales performance targets, monitor progress, and implement improvements to achieve revenue goals.• Collaboration Across Departments: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business initiatives.• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and markets, driving growth through both existing and new client relationships.• Contract Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations and secure long-term contracts that align with the company’s financial objectives.• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the executive team, offering insights for decision-making and strategy adjustments.• Client Relationship Management: Ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for key accounts, proactively addressing concerns and driving retention.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with proven success in managing and developing strategic accounts.• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of fostering high-performing teams.• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.• Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts and delivering on revenue growth targets.• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance management systems.If you are an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving growth and building lasting client relationships, we encourage you to apply and look forward to speaking with you.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Flexible spending account• Health insurance• Health savings account• Paid time off• Vision insuranceSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):• Are you willing to complete a personality and aptitude assessment as the next step of the hiring process?Education:• Bachelor's (Required)Experience:• Sales: 10 years (Required)Ability to Commute:• Miami Beach, FL 33139 (Required)Work Location: In person
