Responsibilities:• Manage a cross-functional Supply Chain team supporting window operations, including Procurement, Materials, and Logistics teams.• Oversee inventory accuracy improvement strategy through collaboration between purchasing, inventory management, and continuous improvement teams focused on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and elimination of material stock-outs.• Collaborate with Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Plant Manager on strategic improvements for material flow aligning with operational growth and strategy.• Work upstream with the Material Take-Off team and Master Scheduler to support strategic material purchasing planning conducive to optimal operational efficiency and material yield.• Procure materials critical for the success of our business operations.• Evaluate market conditions and different suppliers.• Attend events, fairs, and exhibitions to stay abreast of market trends.• Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and costs.• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.Requirements:• 4-year degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.• Proven experience as a purchasing agent or relevant role.• Demonstrable experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditions.• Strong market knowledge, research capabilities, data analysis, and purchasing best practices.• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.• A strong analytical mindset.• Experience in logistics management and operations.• Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution best practices.Join our team and contribute to the success and growth of our operations by ensuring efficient and strategic supply chain and logistics management.
