This strategic leadership role is pivotal in overseeing decision support, operational finance, and corporate financial planning and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing an FP&A infrastructure, constructing and maintaining financial models across various departments, and promoting continuous improvement through innovation and automation. As the FP&A Lead, the VP will spearhead a team in creating and managing financial plans, forecasts, and reports, and will be expected to provide clear and impactful insights to senior leadership. Collaboration on strategic matters, business development initiatives, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability for driving profitable growth are also key aspects of the role.The ideal candidate for the VP, Corporate Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in progressive professional roles within FP&A, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. A proven track record in building and driving automation to enhance analysis and decision-making is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strategic vision, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to be a thought leader within the organization. Superior executive-level presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing team are also necessary.
